29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplace(s) were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where the presence is detected. On or about May 5, 2019, at the jobsite located at 2800 Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407, the employer did not provide a continuing and effective extermination program for employees who work at the front desk and infested with termites, and poor housekeeping on the inner side of the back wall of the desk.
