OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  a. On June 7, 2019, employees were performing wood pole inspection work along rural two lane Zion Road, Perry County Road 30, in Thornville, Ohio which had a posted speed limit of 55mph. Two company vehicles were parked in the northbound lane, leaving approximately two feet of an eight foot wide lane accessible for pedestrian vehicles.
