29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. (a) The Highlands Sports Complex - Employees installing metal roofing panels were not protected from falling on all unprotected sides and edges, exposing employees to falls of 30 ft.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) The Highlands Sports Complex - Rebar protruding from the ground was not guarded, exposing employees to impalement hazards. Colaianni Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1171126, Citation Number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/6/16, with respect to a workplace located at Cabin Dr, Moundsville, WV.
