29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 153 Hillbrook Dr., Lot 66 The Waters, Pike Road, Alabama:  On or about June 10, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 14.9 feet to the ground below.  THE RODRIGUEZ FRAMING SERVICE, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1000083, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 6, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 364167 CREEVIEW CT., AUBURN,  ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1299753, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 18, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT #3 NORTH LAKE ST., THE WATERS, PIKE ROAD,  ALABAMA.
