29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(vi): Boom and basket load limits specified by the manufacturer were exceeded: a) 1501 1st Ave, Watervliet, NY - On or about June 6, 2019, employees were utilizing a Genie S125 Boom Lift to move employees and equipment to the work location. The employer raised three personal in the bucket at one time in violation of the manufacture's allowed personnel limit. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 46' in the event the man lift were to collapse or topple over.
