29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) On or about 05/31/2019 - Pack Out area, employees cutting thighs as well as legs from poultry backs using the Back Saw were exposed to the unguarded portion of the blade.
