29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Vicinity of 2900 4th Avenue North, alongside the Jameson Building, Billings, MT: On June 10, 2019 an employee was exposed to a catapult hazard while off loading a Genie, model Z-135/70, number 27220 from a flatbed semi-trailer without using his personal fall arrest system.
