On or about 5 June, 2019, Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX), roof near the entrance; workers were not protected from fall from heights by a personal fall arrest system while performing roof repairs. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
