29 CFR 1926.502(i)(3): All covers were not secured when installed so as to prevent accidental displacement by the wind, equipment, or employees. On or about May 22, 2019 at Building 8000, second level, 3000 Celebration Blvd., Suwanee, Georgia employees framing and doing layout work were exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet to the lower level when the cover over the hole was not secured.
