29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:    a)  At the facility, on or about June 10, 2019 - A written hazard communication program was not developed, implemented, and maintained at the workplace.  Employees utilize Safety-Kleen Premium Solvent containing Distillates (petroleum), an irritant, during parts cleaning operations.

Employees are exposed to rubber fumes during hose cutting operations.
