29 CFR 1926.651(g)(1)(iii): Adequate precautions were not taken such as providing ventilation, to prevent employee exposure to an atmosphere containing a concentration of a flammable gas in excess of 20 percent of the lower flammable limit of the gas: a) On or about June 6, 2019 at the jobsite, employees were exposed to flammable gases when performing a hot tap on a natural gas line.
