29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i): All exposed part(s) of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casing(s) enclosing shafting completely or by trough(s) enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting: a) Truss Plant, Production floor: On June 3, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-by and crushed-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work in close proximity of an unguarded rotating shaft while working on and around the output side of the Depaw Quadri-cut Saw.
