29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     On or about June 7, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 8.5 feet to the ground below while performing roofing activities on a residential home and a suitable fall protection system was not used.     MASSEY ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1351013, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 7, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 115 CAMPUS AVE, EAST PEORIA, IL 61611.     MASSEY ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1089008, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 6, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 229 EARL AVE, CREVE COEUR, IL 61610.
