29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 827 Summerlin Circle, Lot 30 Summerlin, Rear of House, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about June 11, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measures 6 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 16.5 feet to the concrete ground below.   a)  At 827 Summerlin Circle, Lot 30 Summerlin, Front of House, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about June 11, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measures 8 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 18.2 feet to the concrete ground below.

THE HI-TECH CONSTRUCTION, LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1252718, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 20, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 6 THE WATERS, PIKE ROAD, ALABAMA.
