29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 2606 Dunkirk Circle, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about June 11, 2019 and at times prior; The employer allowed his employees to perform siding activities from a ladder jack scaffold with a work platform that measured six inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 12.8 feet to the ground below.
