29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): On or about June 11, 2019 and times prior there to, subcontractor employees walking on the top plate of a residential structure, spreading roof trusses, were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 6 feet when no method of fall protection was in use. (b): On or about June 11, 2019, subcontractor employees decking the roof of a residential structure were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 6 feet when no method of fall protection was in use.
