29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that on unprotected sides and edges 4 feet or more above a lower level that employees are protected from falling: a. On or about June 12, 2019, in the Stihl elevated storage room, employees were exposed to falls of approximately nine (9) feet and three (3) inches when the gate used to block the open area did not latch or secure to prevent falls. b. On or about Juned 12, 2019, in the Stihl elevated storage room, employees were exposed to falls of approximately nine (9) feet and three (3) inches when the chicken wire used to protect employee from falling between the twenty (20) inch wall studs were not rated to restrain employees from falling.
