29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Traffic control signs used for protection of the workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and were not posted at all points of hazard: a) 56 North Main St. Gloversville, NY.- On or about June 8, 2019, an employer and employee were working from a Genie man lift while elevated and were exposed to potentially being struck by passing traffic. No warning signs were posted at the point of hazard where the counterweight of the machine could have been struck by passing traffic.
