On or about June 11, 2019, on top of a structure, two employees performing framing operations were not protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternate fall protection.    Platform Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402914, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 20609 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413.
