29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.     On 12 June 2019, at a worksite located at 11S683 Schillinger Dr. Naperville IL. 60564, employees who were removing and replacing a roof on a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet. All employees observed were not wearing fall protection devices. No other form of fall protection was being utilized during this work activity.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
