Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Building Exterior - Roof: An employees was exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard while working on a 8/12 pitched roof of a residential home without the use of personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection, on or about 6/12/2019.
