29 CFR 1926.451(b)(10): Scaffold components manufactured by different manufacturers were intermixed not allowing the components to fit together to maintain the scaffold's structural integrity: a) On or about 6/4/19 at a roof replacement project located at 358 Main Street, Arcade, New York; employees were installing shingles on the roof of a 2 story building. The employees were using frame scaffold as a catch platform along the eaves. The casters were the wrong size for the scaffold frames had to be wired to the outside of the frame to support the scaffold. NO CERTIFICATION ABATEMENT REQUIRED

There was no fall protection in use. NO CERTIFICATION ABATEMENT REQUIRED
