29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Canyon Club Resort, Ocean Drive, Cape May, NJ: on or about June 12, 2019, CH Fuernisen Construction Co. Inc. employees were performing framing work on a three story, town home style residential structure.  An employee was observed using the 3rd floor exterior wall top plate as his walking/working surface.  The employee was wearing a harness.  The employer did not ensure that he was attached to a safety line/lanyard and anchor to complete the personal fall arrest system.  As such he was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet.
