29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or about 6/12/2019, 5800 Griffin Rd. Lot 1-8 Bldg. #28 Davie, FL 33314, employees were engaged in residential roof work activities with a slope of 5:12 and exposed to a fall hazard at approximately 18 feet above ground level without a means of fall protection.

Lot 1-8 Bldg. #28 Davie, FL 33314, the employer did not provide training to employees in the use of fall protection and recognition of fall hazards while engaged in roofing work activities at approximately 18 feet above ground level.
