Only a qualified person following the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section may defeat an electrical safety interlock, and then only temporarily while he or she is working on the equipment. The interlock system shall be returned to its operable condition when this work is completed. a) Facility, 104 West Park Drive, Kittanning, PA, on or about June 6, 2019 employees were not protected from crushed by hazards while operating a Jenmar #3 blow mold machine.
