29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition:    (a) In the back store room:  On or about 6/13/2019, the employer did not keep walking-working surfaces clean and orderly, in that there was were containers of stored chemicals, a plugged-in extension cord, and trash and debris strewn on the floor around the eyewash station and sink.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.:    (a) In the back store room:  On or about 6/13/2019, employees exposed to injurious corrosive chemicals did not have a suitable facility for drenching of the eyes, in that the eyewash provided was a small bottle of eyewash solution that was approximately 2/3 full.
