Employees engaged in housekeeping and grain handling activities in the feed mill were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards in that the disconnecting means, circuit breaker boxes at the following locations were not properly labeled to indicate their intended use for the equipment listed below.    a) Feed Mill - Main Floor - 2 of the Square D ON/OFF safety switch boxes were not labeled.  b) Feed Mill - Main Floor - Electrical Room - Breaker box was not labeled at slot #2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
