29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6) as required by 1960.8(b): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: On or about June 13, 2019, the employer did not obtain annual audiograms for all employees exposed to noise levels above an 8-hour time weighted average of 85 dBA during required firearm qualifications. Noise dosimetry showed that employees were exposed to noise levels ranging from 89.7 to 95.3 dBA during a firearms qualification.
