Scaffolds shall be plumb, level, and squared. All brace connections shall be secured. a) On or about June 13, 2019, at 1041 Dumaine St., New Orleans, LA 70116, the employer failed to ensure the scaffold used by employees were cross braced horizontally or otherwise as employees worked at heights above nine feet.
