29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): All employees were not kept clear of loads about to be lifted and of suspended loads: a) Mundt Energy Services, LLC, Hwy 257 and WCR 48 1/2, Milliken, CO 80543: On and before June 13, 2019 the employer did not keep employees clear of loads about to be lifted and of suspended loads. An employee placed his hand on a separator burner to help guide it while it was about to be lifted with a sling attached to a telehandler. The load shifted when it was lifted, and the employee sustained a partial fingertip amputation.
