On 13 June 2019, at a worksite located at 28w703 Mount St. Warrenville, IL.60555, employees who were in the process of framing a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet. All employees observed were not wearing fall protection devices. No other form of fall protection was being utilized during this work activity.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    On or about 13 June 2019, at a worksite located at 28w703 Mount St. Warrenville, IL. 60555, employees who were observed working at heights on a residential structure at approximately of 20 feet, were not trained adequately to recognize the hazard of falling and the steps to mitigate those hazards. This exposed employees to a fall hazard.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
