Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about 05/21/2019, Location: Roof of commercial one story building located at 1180 N State Rd 7 Plantation FL 33313, 1) Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 14 feet to ground level while engaging in roof repair work activities and not using any type of conventional fall protection system.
