The employees are permitted to work with hazardous chemicals without a required written hazard communication program describing the criteria mentioned in paragraphs f, g, and h. On 06/13/2019 employees who worked with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, tinting agents, without a hazard communication program in place.

29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1): The employer did not inform current employees upon their first entering in to employment and at least annually thereafter, of the existence, location, and availability of any records covered by 29 CFR 191020: Establishment: Employer is failing to provide employees required information about their rights of access to medical and exposure records. Employees who had medical and exposure records such as, but not limited to, workplace injury records and safety data sheets for chemical exposure, were not informed of the existence, location, availability of the records, and person responsible for providing access to the records.
