The employer was cited for a violation of the (SAME/SIMILAR standard and/or SAME/SIMILAR hazard) on July 30, 2015, Inspection 1081584, September 30, 2015 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.  Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to use listed or labeled electrical equipment in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling in that power strips were series connected, which was not permitted by the UL listing.
