29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:    (a) Greenstone at 4871 Broadway Street in Boulder, CO 80304: On or before June 8, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while roofing a residential apartment complex.  Employees were installing guardrails approximately two stories above the ground without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet.
