29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw shall be guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws:    a) Central Elementary School, Langlas and Associates, Inc. worksite: On or about June 12, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while cross cutting boards with an unguarded BOSCH table saw, model 4100.
