29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways to enable them to recognize the related hazards and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards, including the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling of all ladders and stairways: On or about June 13, 2019, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while painting a ceiling from a Werner A-frame portable ladder without facing the ladder and staying centered between the side rails.
