29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Roof Exterior: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a side by side 4 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 & 16ft falls to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 06/14/2019.
