29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the residential construction site located at 201 NW Kessler Lee's Summit, Missouri 64081: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about June 11, 2019 when employees were observed working at height without fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of 24 feet eave to ground without the use of fall protection.
