29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. On and about June 11, 2019, at the job site on Jefferson Avenue, New Orleans, an employee on scaffolding more than 10 feet above a lower level wasn't protected from falling to that lower level. The employee was performing masonry work on the exterior of the building.
