29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 600 East McDonald Avenue, Man, WV: On June 14, 2019, an employee was exposed to a fall of 11 feet 1 inch to the concrete floor below while conducting demolition work from walk boards placed across bar joists. The employer has not provided employees with training on recognizing fall hazards and the procedures required to be protected from the fall hazard.
