29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) On or about 06/14/2019, forklifts used to handle plywood, melamine sheets and cabinet hardware exposed employees to struck-by hazards when vision could be obstructed, in that: 1) the Komatsu lift truck (no data plate) did not have a functioning horn. 2) the Mitsubishi lift truck (Model: FGC25K, Serial No.: AF82C-02218) did not have a functioning horn.
