29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) Juan Esparza at 13872 Del Corso Way Broomfield, CO 80020: On or before June 15, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while loading and unloading drywall and wooden materials from several elevated decks of this apartment complex. The employer did not install guard rail systems on the patio where the loading/unloading occurred, and the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when loading and unloading. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards while working at heights that were greater than 10 feet.
