29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) Spanish Fort, AL; 603 Spanish Main: On or about June 17, 2019 the employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards while working on a 5:12 pitch roof while snapping guide lines at/near the edge for the installation of metal panels with unprotected sides or edges which exposed the employees to falls of 19 feet 5 inches from the eave to the ground below.
