29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about June 18, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees were wearing head protection. The employees were walking under rolled roofing stacked on the roof and a roofer working on the roof. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by rolled roofing and tools.
