29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about June 18, 2019,  the employer failed to ensure employees were wearing head protection. The employee was handing boards up to the higher level. Employee was working below other employees using air guns and installing boards. The employee was exposed to the hazard of being struck-by the air guns or lumber.
