29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items A-D of this section: Multivac Sausage Production Room: On or about June 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards, while performing maintenance on the Multivac (Model: F200, Serial #213291) without specific steps to be followed by employees to isolate and disable the machine in order to safely de-energize the equipment.
