29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:      a.  On or about June 17, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof, ten (10) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    Dream Home Restoration Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1353302, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11346 Abbey Road, Mokena, IL.
