29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a) On or about July 25, 2022, employees performing roofing operations were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately eight (8) feet five (5) inches to nine (9) feet  above the ground.  The Dream Home Restoration Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1535488,  citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November  18, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4925 W.  109th Street, Oak Lawn,  IL. 60453.  The Dream Home Restoration Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1409108,  citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at  12097 Blackthorne Ridge Drive, Mokena, IL. 60448.  The Dream Home Restoration Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1353302,  citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11346 Abbey Road, Mokena, IL. 60448.
