29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about June 18, 2019 at the jobsite located at 323 Knapp St Oshkosh, the employer did not inspect the jobsite and take necessary steps to correct a recognized hazard. Three subcontractors were exposed to falls of more than 10 feet while on the roof without fall protection.
